Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, we make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed and the merchandise was not shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

A quantity discount for customers ordering 10 or more copies of the same Publication (certain titles, print format only) will be as follows:
10 to 24 copies – 10% discount
25 to 99 copies – 20% discount
100+ copies – 30% discount
To receive this discount, please use promo code “Student” during check-out procedure. A copy of both sides of your valid student ID can be uploaded during the checkout process or an image e- mailed to [email protected]. Only one copy of each publication may be purchased using same student ID. Your order will be held until we receive the document. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

You may have your Product shipped via one of our available shipping options. We ship orders on normal business days, excluding government holidays (some exceptions apply during yearend audit). Every effort will be made to ship orders in a timely matter (usually 2-3 business days) but during the pandemic, shipping delays can be expected. From time to time however, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen products or en route delays after orders have been shipped from our premises. You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays and future charges (if order requires to be re-shipped). Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

With the exceptions of Bookstores and Libraries, all sales are final. If you believe you have a product with a manufactured defect or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected]. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, must be reported within 20 days of purchase.
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise, the refund amount will be credited to your credit card or applied to your store credit on account. Allow 14 business days from when we receive the returned Product for the processing of your return.
Returns must be first authorized; please contact [email protected]. They must be made within 180 days of purchase, provided the items are unmarked and in their original condition. Any return must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged less a $50.00 restocking fee. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges.
